When Tom and Tarlan approached us just a few months before their wedding, we knew we had an exciting challenge ahead. With a short planning timeline and a vision for a beautiful, multi-day Persian wedding celebration in Bodrum, we immediately got to work bringing their ideas to life.
Tarlan had already fallen in love with Amanruya, one of Bodrum's most beautiful luxury resorts, and chosen it as the setting for their wedding. It was our first time planning a wedding at this stunning Aman property, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to create something special in such an extraordinary location.
A Beautiful Persian Wedding at Amanruya
The wedding day itself was a wonderful celebration of love, family and Persian heritage, set against the natural beauty and understated luxury of Amanruya.
Working closely with Tarlan and the team at Nature Bodrum, we developed the wedding's floral design and styling, including a breathtaking traditional Persian Sofreh Aghd, the centrepiece of the couple's ceremony.
The intricate details of the Sofreh, the beautiful floral arrangements and the elegant surroundings created a truly memorable setting for this meaningful Persian wedding tradition.
Amanruya’s Pavilion and Olive Tree Garden provided an exceptional backdrop for the celebrations, with wonderful hospitality, delicious food and attentive service throughout.
Capturing Beautiful Moments at Amanruya
Amanruya is a photographer's dream, with its beautiful architecture, lush gardens and stunning backdrops around every corner. We wanted Tom and Tarlan to make the most of this incredible setting, so we carefully planned their wedding day schedule to allow plenty of time for photographs without feeling rushed. We worked with the exceptionally talented Yada Studio, whose artistic approach to bride and groom portraits is truly special. Their creativity and eye for beautiful compositions made the most of Amanruya's surroundings, capturing timeless images that Tom and Tarlan can treasure forever.
We also made sure there was enough time for the couple to enjoy getting ready. Hair, makeup, dressing and those special moments with family are all part of the wedding experience and shouldn't feel rushed. By allowing time for both preparations and portraits, Tom and Tarlan could relax, enjoy their surroundings and have some quiet moments together before joining their guests. For us, thoughtful wedding planning is about creating a schedule that flows naturally, giving couples the time to enjoy their day while capturing beautiful memories along the way.
